My name is Debra Sue Jones Youd and John Richards Sr. is my 5th great grandfather on my mother's side.

This blog is a supplement to the Family History of John Richards Sr. of Spotsylvania County, Virginia at tribalpages.com (click on "John Richards Sr. to be taken to that site). It will serve to document research as we delve more deeply into our ancestor and his genealogy.  It is also a forum for comparing notes and tossing around ideas which will hopefully shed more light on the family and descendants of John Sr.  In addition, this blog will serve to share pictures, stories, and facts about the Richards family and its descendants.
